Deep into Portuguese

It was a wonderful, unique, and challenging experience. Having a wonderful teacher like you was one of the most important things that made a lot of trouble easier for me. Learning the Portuguese language was not easy and it required a lot of effort to achieve the goal I aspired to, which was passing the language exam. But thanks to God and Ines’s help, her extensive knowledge of the language, her comfortable teaching method, the way she makes you reassured, and her belief in people and their ability to achieve what they want is what makes you comfortable and excited to learn more and gain other experiences. The most important of all these challenges is that the learning time was limited to a short period, whether it was the duration of the class or the total period of months in learning the language, and the absence of people speaking Portuguese in my surrounding environment, and my inability to be in Portugal for a good period and to practice the language continuously with native speakers.

Passed with BOM grade from round 1, me and family were blessed that you have been our teacher and to know you on personal level, wish you all the best of luck and success.

Mrs Ines is one of the best teacher especially for the ciple exams..because she tells you exactly how to do how to respond many little details at first you may think that useless but no on contrary very usefull... I really enjoy working with her she is very patient and helps a lot for every question of you and the framework that she does for u for the ciple is great... advise to all u will take the exam... ela é a melhor professora beijinhos e obrigada pela ajuda.

A professional and well organised teacher, a great and nice person. We were lucky enough that your were our leader to succeed CIPLE exam from the first time, although we were 6 with different ages and levels (parents and 4 kids, 2 at school and 2 doing a university degree) We are grateful to the successful six months journey, we enjoyed each single lesson from the first beginning to the last minute. We are thankful to all what we learned about language and culture, to your patience and to the full attention and support before, during and after the exam. Inês took us from speaking no Portuguese at all, to passing the CIPLE A2 exam in less than a year! Inês is patient, kind and caring. The lessons are well structured, with enough content, not too much homework and more than enough time for some fun/real life content and a good laugh. Inês truly made this an wonderful experience. Needing to learn a foreign language at the age of 52, started off as a daunting task. Ines Barros however made this a very pleasant experience. Her ability to judge progress, make the Portuguese language sessions enjoyable, encouraged us as a family to work hard and consistently. Inês is a gifted teacher. Our lessons were such fun yet well structured. Inês journeyed with us from ultimate beginners to passing CIPLE A2 first time.
